Duration: 2 Months

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and organize case/claim data using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
• Clean up, correct, enter, and analyze data on cases
• Research, gather, and compile information about cases, issues, proceedings, litigation, etc.
• Work with attorneys to manage cases and keep information organized
• Assist attorneys in litigation and trial preparation tasks such as organizing, filing, editing, compiling, sorting, printing, and reviewing documents
• Draft, edit, and review correspondence, legal documents, filings, and pleadings
• Conduct legal research, cite check, etc.
• Assist with legal division scheduling and travel arrangements
• Attend, take notes, and create summaries of meetings
• Sit in on various types of interviews and take notes, organize documents, and assist attorneys
• Provide administrative support to the Legal Division
• Must maintain confidentiality as will be working with confidential files and will be privy to confidential information

 

Experience-

• Anything over 3 years but ideally 5 to 10. For a paralegal maybe anything over 1 year of experience.
