Occupational Therapist – Per Diem role at Enhance Therapies is a per‑diem position in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and long‑term care setting. Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist with a current state license. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments. Create and implement individualized care plans. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes. Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date. Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA‑accredited program. Certified by the NBCOT as in‑state OTR, if required. Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice. Strong communication and organizational skills.
