Outreach & Patient Acquisition Specialist Joint Relief Institute – Non-Surgical Knee & Shoulder Pain Relief Position Overview Joint Relief Institute is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outreach & Patient Acquisition Specialist to expand community partnerships and generate qualified patient leads. This role is responsible for building relationships, coordinating educational events, and driving new patient growth across assigned territories. Key Responsibilities Community Outreach & Partnerships Develop and maintain relationships with: Senior living communities Park districts Libraries Churches Primary care and specialty physician offices Schedule and coordinate educational events (Lunch & Learns, health talks...) Represent Joint Relief Institute in a professional and knowledgeable manner Lead Generation & Growth Secure a target number of community events per week Generate a target number of leads per event Drive scheduled consultations and track conversions to treatment start Own your pipeline from first contact to patient start-up Performance & KPI Tracking Meet weekly and monthly event and lead-generation goals Track conversion rates from lead to consultation to treatment start Provide regular reports on outreach activity and results Qualifications 2+ years of experience in outreach, business development, sales, or healthcare marketing Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with excellent time management is a must Comfortable working independently in the field Healthcare or medical marketing experience is a plus Skills & Attributes Relationship builder Goal-oriented and disciplined Organized with strong follow-up skills Solution-focused mindset Compensation $55K Base salary + performance bonuses About Joint Relief Institute Joint Relief Institute specializes in advanced, non-surgical treatment options for knee and shoulder pain using precision-guided procedures.
