Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• You should have a proven track record of turning Figma designs into production-ready code.

• You should be comfortable working directly from design specifications.
• You must be able to collaborate effectively with strategy and design teams.
• Required technical skills include HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design, mobile-first development, Figma interpretation, design system implementation, component libraries, design tokens, pixel-perfect development, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and semantic markup.

• We translate high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect experiences.
• We develop reusable and scalable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript components.
• We implement responsive layouts optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• We ensure exact alignment with approved designs, including spacing, typography, interactions, and visual styling.
• We maintain design fidelity throughout implementation.
• We create reusable front-end component libraries.
• We develop scalable CSS architecture and pattern libraries.
• We implement design tokens and component standards.
• We create reusable page templates and content modules.
• We build maintainable front-end frameworks that support future expansion.
• We optimize performance and responsiveness.
• We ensure accessibility compliance.
• We support SEO-friendly front-end implementation.

• We produce implementation-ready component documentation.

This senior front-end experience role is focused on engineering excellence, reusable code architecture, performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and production-ready implementation.
