You will influence methodologies, introduce scalable and AI‑enabled approaches, and help close silicon learning loops faster. It’s a strong opportunity to grow technically while making a visible impact on product quality.Responsibilities:Define and drive DRAM verification strategies, including AI‑driven and automated methodologiesAnalyze verification flows to simplify workflows and reduce cycle timePartner with design and verification teams to align and standardize methodologiesManage and maintain verification requirements in JAMA across projectsExecute and support verification using industry‑standard toolsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field0–5 years of experience in circuit design, validation, or verification including academic or internship experienceUnderstanding of digital logic and semiconductor fundamentalsFamiliarity with verification concepts such as testbenches, stimulus, and debugExperience with Linux and basic scripting or programming for automationPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of DRAM circuit design and operationExperience with SystemVerilog, UVM, SpectreFx, or PrimeSimInterest or experience applying AI to verification workflowsFamiliarity with requirements and project tracking tools such as JAMA or JIRAStrong analytical skills and clear written and verbal communicationAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
