About the Job:
We are seeking a part-time Spa and Guest Service Assistants. We are looking for career oriented professionals to grow with our company and make this into a career! This is not your basic GSA job.
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Minimum 1-year Receptionist experience.
- Prior Spa or salon experience is a plus.
- Flexible schedule.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to travel if needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and greet all guest who enters and leaves the Spa.
- Check guests in and offer them tea or cucumber water.
- Check guests out and reschedule their future appointments.
- Appointment confirmations.
- Accurately schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- Provide detailed descriptions of spa/salon services and pricing.
- Ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled in accordance with the company policy by processing cash and credit card transactions accurately.
