Site laborer

Our client, an industry leader in water treatment and environmental services, is seeking a Site laborer to join their team. As a Site laborer, you will be part of the operations supporting the treatment plant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Site laborer

Location: Coachella, CA

Pay Range: $23

Shift: Mon - Fri AM Shift

What's the Job?

• Assisting certified operators around the treatment plant
• Performing wash downs and cleaning of equipment
• General cleanup, landscape, weed control, plant maintenance, and housekeeping tasks
• Cleaning of buildings, trimming trees, and cleaning tanks
• Using small and large hand tools, prepping drains, fixing pipes for irrigation leaks, modifying pipes on the bridge, and taking inventory

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
• Good communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude
