Classification Part time (Approx. 20 hours per week with seasonal increase February-April) Reports To Director of Operations Location Loveland, Colorado (would consider Hybrid after onboarding) Position Summary We’re hiring a part-time Tax Associate to support our tax team during the upcoming season, with opportunities to grow into a larger role over time. This is a hands‑on position designed for someone who wants to actively prepare returns (1040s), deepen their tax skillset, and work directly under a CPA . You’ll gain practical experience across a range of individual tax returns and play a key role in delivering high‑quality work to our clients. This is an ideal role for someone who: Is working toward their CPA or early in their accounting career Wants real reps preparing returns (not just organizing documents) Is looking for a flexible/off‑season role that ramps up during tax season Experience, Knowledge and Skills Experience preparing or supporting individual tax returns Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
