Warehouse Forklift Operator

Position Overview Ryder is hiring a Forklift Operator in Hebron, Kentucky, offering weekly pay and an extensive benefits package. Compensation & Schedule Hourly Pay $19.90 per hour Overtime Pay $29.85 per hour Shift pay: $2.00 per hour for Saturday/Sunday hours plus $50 monthly perfect attendance bonus Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Saturday 12:00pm‑10:30pm or until work is completed Benefits Warehouse positions paid each week On the job paid training Medical, dental, vision, 401 K (started at 30 days with company match) Paid time off 15 % employee discount on high‑valued stock Employee discounts on tools, cars, hotels, electronics, cell phones, travel, and more Safety gear provided State‑of‑the‑art equipment and caring leadership Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Minimum one year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred) Valid Forklift Operator’s License (certified) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all organizational levels Highly thorough and dependable Punctual with a good attendance record High level of initiative and accuracy, even under pressure Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lb Ability to stand for long periods Familiar with health and safety methods Flexible to work various shifts Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices Some positions require additional screening, including employment verification, education verification, motor vehicle records check (road test), and/or customer background checks. Responsibilities Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract Accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading trucks Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.) Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift hours of production Perform other duties as assigned Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and a drug‑free workplace.
