Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality, hands-on care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic exercises and gait training, assisting with safe transfers, educating patients and caregivers, and documenting progress in the EMR.
