Bi-lingual English/Spanish BDC Customer Service Representative

Benefits - Medical and Dental - Paid Time Off - Competitive Pay and Bonus Structure - Life Insurance - Professional Development - Holiday Pay - 401(k) available at most locations - Merit increase after 90 day probationary period, giving you pass your evaluation Responsibilities - Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments. - Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates. - Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources. - Follow up with missed appointments - Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management. - Utilize BDC tracking system daily.
