Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals. Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately. Additional requirements include: Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred.
