The work is collaborative, fast moving, and based in our new NYC office.The Omni Operations Analyst supports the Omni Order Management team by providing end-to-end analytical coverage of Foot Locker's omnichannel operations. In this role, you will focus on identifying performance trends across the order lifecycle by conducting root cause analysis and delivering data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, order quality, and customer experience.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze omnichannel operational performance across the full order lifecycle, from order placement through fulfillment, delivery, post-purchase experience and returnsMonitor core omnichannel KPIs to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement across digital and store-enabled order flowsConduct deep-dive root cause analysis on operational issues impacting speed, accuracy, cost, and customer experience and translate findings into actionable recommendationsPartner with cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, Store Operations, Merchandising, Digital, IT, Finance, Customer Experience) to investigate issues, support initiatives, and drive resolution of systemic operational challengesSupport technology and process improvement initiatives by translating business needs into data-backed requirements, performance metrics, and success measurementsContribute to peak planning, capacity analysis, scenario modeling, and performance risk assessments to support seasonal and promotional demandAssist in the preparation of executive-level business reviews, readouts, and decision support materialsSupport vendor and partner performance analysis where applicable, using data to inform conversations and improvement opportunitiesQualificationsDemonstrated experience in fulfillment analytics, supply chain operations, or omnichannel retailAbility to synthesize complex data and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesExcited about continuous improvement and problem-solvingStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyProficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)Experience with order management systems or WMS platforms preferredBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Business or a related field a plusAt Foot Locker, we value innovation, authenticity, and integrity in all that we do. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
