Program Manager - TS/SCI Clearance

We are hiring for a Program Manager for our Springfield, VA location. This position is required to be onsite and have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for DoJ representing V2X in all programmatic matters. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of management and staffing plans to meet program objectives. Accountable for the program in its entirety including cost, schedule, and technical performance. Lead internal and external Program Management Reviews (PMRs). Maintain relationship of trust and respect with customers, engineers, and other internal functional leaders. Prepare status or briefings for management via collaboration with others to organize briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives. Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other contractual requirements. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education: BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or related degree. Clearance Requirements: Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. Experience Minimum of 10 years related experience. Ability to lead a team of direct and functional reports. Skills & Technology Used Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Ability to maintain high performance in a highly dynamic, team-based environment. Materials & Equipment Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools: MS Windows OS; MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Publisher); and additional software programs provided by the government. Workstations on classified and unclassified networks.
