Benefits Site Location: St. Louis, MO Set schedule: Part-Time, 3rd Shift, Friday through Saturday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Competitive hourly wage of $19.06 per hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees) A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity Verify identities and control access to secure areas React quickly to threats or incidents Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras Document incidents and actions taken Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Must be 21 years of age Must have a valid driver's license Be able to ace and pass an extensive screening process First aid certification is an asset At least one year of security experience Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift Security, military, or law enforcement experience – even better! Have a state license if required Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
