What You'll Do * Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable * Process vendor invoices, payments, and customer billing * Perform bank and credit card reconciliations * Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts * Assist with monthly financial reporting and month-end close activities * Track expenses, receipts, and project-related costs * Support payroll processing and reporting * Assist with job costing and construction project accounting * Maintain organized financial documentation and records * Provide administrative and accounting support to the finance team as needed What We're Looking For * 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience * Strong understanding of basic accounting principles * Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred * Construction industry experience is a plus * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude * Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn Why Join Our Team?
