You will: Handling of both pre-lit AND litigation cases Make sure clients understand the process they will undertake Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc. Guide clients through the entire case Attend and conduct depos, mediations, hearings, etc. What we're looking for Must be a member of the CA bar Must have a degree from an accredited law school At least 1 year of PI experience You must be willing to work at volume, we are a volume firm You must be open to some trial work down the line Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
