Position Summary... What you'll do... Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties to associates communicating goals andfeedback training associates on processes and procedures providing direction and guidance to associates on member service approaches andtechniques to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines ensuring compliance with company policies andprocedures supporting the Open Door Policy and participating in recruiting hiring scheduling promoting coaching and evaluating associatesMaintains safety of
