Cyber Security Project Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager in support of our enterprise storage and compute customer based in Frisco, TX. This role requires a candidate with a cybersecurity, compliance, or audit background who will collaborate with business units to develop, manage, and track remediation plans resulting from non compliance. Responsibilities:

• Leads internal project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing
• Manages corporate and third-party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues
• Prepare status reporting for outstanding issues and escalations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field acceptable
• Master's degree preferred
• PMP Certified
• 10+ years of experience in project management roles or in like roles/businesses
• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key services, operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management
• Extensive understanding of critical project management techniques
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Ability to determine when escalation is warranted

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
