Customer Solution Strategist

Smurfit WestRock seeks a Customer Solution Strategist to shape packaging solutions for key manufacturing customers. In this performance-driven, safety-focused environment, you will analyze customer operations, translate needs into sustainable paper-based packaging, and coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams. You will build data-backed business cases, optimize total cost of ownership, and lead solution design workshops.
