International Customer Logistics AnalystLocation: Ewing, New JerseyType: ContractCompensation: $24-$28 (based on experience)Work Model: Remote – offsiteHours: 8 am to 4 pm - can be flexible within a couple of hoursResponsibilities:Manage end-to-end international order execution and service performance for assigned customers and regions.Serve as a central coordination point across Sales/GMG, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Transportation, Quality, Credit, and external partners to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely order fulfillment.Utilize technology such as AI-CoPilot to assist with reporting and analytics.Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred2 years of experience preferred in international logistics, customer service, supply chain, or equivalent experience.Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Intermediate/advanced analytical skills preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power Bi, Teams) with the ability to leverage tools for analysis, reporting, and documentation.AI-CoPilot skills a plusEffective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.High attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.SAP/S4 Hana and ECC proficiency a plusAbility to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
