Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED diploma
- Previous long term care experience preferred.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Sanitization : Perform daily and deep cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, including dusting, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and managing trash and waste materials.
- Equipment and Supplies Management : Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and floor buffers, safely and effectively; prepare and distribute supply packs and linens as needed.
- Resident-Focused Support : Practice sensitivity to residents’ privacy and individual needs while adhering to infection control policies and completing all required documentation accurately.
