About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Human Resources Communications to join their Global Communications team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the organization, working to support HR communication needs and advance strategic HR priorities. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, compelling communications that engage all colleagues, from executive to general staff. The VP will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies, creating and disseminating a range of HR-related content, and maintaining various HR channels. A dynamic and creative approach to communication is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate closely with internal partners. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field, with at least 7 years' experience in communications or marketing, preferably within a large and complex organization. The role requires a leader with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to influence executives, and a talent for creating engaging and clear messaging. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, problem solver, and a team player with excellent project management skills. Experience in managing content for corporate channels, including newsletters and intranet sites, is a must. The VP will also be expected to have a track record of success in delivering high-quality work and the ability to work effectively in a team-based, matrixed environment.
