We live in a spacious home that we love, but keeping up with the daily maintenance and organization can feel overwhelming. If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you!Key ResponsibilitiesLaundry & Linen CareWash, fold, organize, and put away all family laundry and household linensMaintain regular linen rotation, including sheets, pillowcases, and towelsKeep laundry area tidy and well-stocked with suppliesHousehold Management & OrganizationPerform daily resets and light tidying throughout the home, including dishes, surfaces, litter box maintenance and vacuuming high-traffic areasPrepare the home for monthly cleaner visitsCreate and maintain household organization systemsSeasonal swaps (décor, bedding)Occasionally: prepare and coordinate donation drop-offsPacking/unpacking for travelChange batteries, light bulbs, smoke detectors, etc.Meal Planning & PrepPlan and prep healthy meals (easy grab and go breakfasts, bulk salad lunch, 2-3x dinner weekly—prepped or cooked)Prep healthy snacks (fruits and veggies washed, cut and prepped)Prep school lunches (5x weekly)Coordinate grocery list for family (using Skylight)Follow healthy dietary preferencesClean up the kitchen after meal prepDeep Cleaning & Special ProjectsOrganizational projects (toys, gear, desks, closets)Occasional deep cleans (fridge, oven, baseboards)Refresh garage/mudroom/entryClean humidifiers/air purifiersInventory ManagementManage and contribute to household supply lists via Skylight calendarUnload and unpack household deliveries and groceriesBreak down boxesVehicle ManagementClean and organize family vehicles, removing kids' items and tidying interiorsFamily SupportMaintain awareness of the family's Skylight calendarOccasional light supervision or backup childcareOpen to occasional house sitting for weekendsVendor & Property OversightSeasonal property maintenanceAs needed: manage outdoor spacesHow to ApplyPlease submit a short intro letter, updated resume, and contact information for 3 professional references.This role requires a background check.When you apply with Sage Haus, you'll also be added to our candidate community email list so we can share hiring updates, resources, and opportunities.
