Managing a dedicated portfolio of 10-15 corporate clients, the temporary Client Transition Manager will oversee a critical system and corporate credit card migration remotely while collaborating closely with Relationship Managers to ensure a seamless transition experience. Key Responsibilities Lead direct outreach to clients through video and phone calls to guide them through system modifications and corporate card updates Collaborate with Relationship Managers to coordinate communication and align on client-specific nuances Act as the primary advocate for clients, identifying and resolving technical or system issues proactively Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Client Onboarding, FinTech Implementation, Project Coordination, or Junior PM/PMO support Prior experience in Financial Services, Payments, or Commercial Banking environments Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to corporate stakeholders Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint for tracking and organization A proactive, action-oriented mindset focused on problem-solving before issues impact clients
