Product Manager

Accountant The Accountant is responsible for performing a variety of technical and administrative accounting tasks as well as applying accounting principles and methods in maintaining the fiscal records and systems of the company. Duties include responsibility for all accounting functions including maintaining subsidiary and general ledgers, auditing, and internal controls, analyzing financial position, preparing budgets, recording fixed assets, reconciling accounting records, reviewing journal payment vouchers, preparing tax returns and other related accounting work. Accounting Associate The Accounting Associate is responsible for monitoring the schedule of payments by checking on the details and records of payments that are due to be made to different creditors. The position safe keeps the records of business debts and payments to be made for the services availed from other service providers or entities and other corporate obligations. Furthermore, the position ensures that payments made are properly validated through the presentation of periodic reports and payment schedules in order to ensure that proper funding is established prior to settlement of payables. HR Generalist / Specialist / Assistant The HR Generalist / Specialist / Assistant will be accountable for the day-to-day administration of the human resources function specifically in the following aspects: Recruitment and Placement Training and Development Employee Relation Administrative Tasks He/she will be working hand in hand with the HR Team in carrying out human resource functions, programs and activities. Marketing Associate The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Marketing Team in the timely and proper implementation of approved marketing plans and programs. He/she is expected to recommend proposals to ensure brand identity, awareness of the company and its products. The position is also responsible for developing marketing strategies, market research, digital marketing, events, and partnerships. Product Manager The Product Manager is responsible for the overall management of the product line life cycle. He/she is expected to come up with strategic plans of various activities and provisions for revenue monitoring. Merchandising Associate The Merchandising Associate is responsible for ensuring that products/merchandise are available on time based on the approved merchandise plan, budget, and priorities. This position together with the different departments and contact persons will organize merchandising processes from product development to its safe and scheduled delivery to the warehouses. He/she will also monitor each phase of the process if it is in compliance with the required and acceptable timeline. The position is accountable in confirming that the initial stages of the merchandising business process contain accurate details and on-time submission with the concerned department heads and officers. The Senior Merchandising Associate will also coordinate with each concerned supplier to confirm from time to time its commitment to the schedules up to its final stages and provides reviews of the overall results of each merchandising business processes. Sales Admin Coordinator The Sales Admin Coordinator provides essential support for the Sales Team. He/she is responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders and providing general assistance during client showroom visits, sample preparations and preparation of sales reports and other related documentation to help improve the productivity of field sales personnel to achieve set sales targets. Key Account Officer The Key Account Officer is primarily responsible for the set-up of monthly and annual targets in volume, SKU Penetration, and promotion/merchandising execution for the assigned area or set of customers. He/she is expected to analyze monthly performance vs. Key Results Area (KRAs) and agreed actions. Other responsibilities include trade promotion implementation, budget management, short-term promotion development and evaluation, activities for high priority accounts, new products, business building and business reviews. #J-18808-Ljbffr
