This role requires commitment to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, operating as part of a level 3 trauma center. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients while adhering to established protocols and guidelines. Schedule The position involves working 4 ten-hour shifts per week, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. A call requirement will be integrated into the schedule, with one call per week from the end of the shift at 5:30 PM until 7:00 AM the following day. Job Description

- Provide excellent care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Respond promptly to calls from supervisors, ensuring response within 30 minutes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and hospital staff.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
- Relevant certification and licensure as required by the position.
- Experience in a trauma center or similar healthcare environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient care.
