Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to help grow our brand across multiple small companies, engage our audience, and drive measurable results across digital channels. This role blends content creation, social media management, and marketing strategy—perfect for someone who loves storytelling *and* analytics. Full-time or part-time available. Yearly salary is negotiable upon experience and hours worked per year.Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goalsManage content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign timelinesWrite compelling copy for social posts, emails, blogs, ads, and website updatesDesign or coordinate visual assets (graphics, short videos, reels, stories)Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the communityTrack performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights and recommendationsStay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practicesCollaborate with internal teams (sales, design, leadership) and external partners as needed2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related roleStrong understanding of major social media platforms and content best practicesExcellent writing and communication skillsExperience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at onceCreative thinker with a strong sense of brand voice and audience engagementNice to HaveExperience with paid social media advertisingInfluencer or community management experienceEmail marketing or SEO knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr
