Structural Assembly Technician

We’re hiring a Structural Assembly Technician to join a growing industrial manufacturing team in the Claremore area. This is a long-term opportunity with an established manufacturer that produces large-scale industrial equipment used across a variety of commercial and industrial applications. Pay & Schedule

Pay: $24–26/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Location: Full-Time | On-Site | Claremore
Type: Contract-To-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity
Overtime: Occasional weekend work may be required based on production demands

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and build industrial equipment components using hand tools and shop equipment
• Install and assemble structural and mechanical components according to production specifications
• Secure and install hardware fasteners and related assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Track production schedules and report completed work as required
• Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process
• Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and manufacturing guidelines

Requirements

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required
• Experience using hand tools in an industrial or production environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb ladders, and perform repetitive movement throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment

Work Environment

• Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, dirt, and metal particles
• Non-climate-controlled facility with typical fabrication and production shop conditions
• Required use of PPE including safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, and OSHA-compliant safety footwear
• Position involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
• Position is considered safety-sensitive in accordance with applicable workplace policies and state regulations
