What You'll Do:

• Assist physicians during surgical procedures, ensuring smooth operations
• Handle and maintain sterile equipment and supplies in the surgical department
• Support the department's daily activities and maintain cleanliness and disinfection of surgical tools, including endoscopes
• Ensure all clinical knowledge, technical skills, and credentials are up-to-date
• Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to changing priorities
• Follow all safety, compliance, and privacy protocols
• Perform additional duties related to surgical technology as needed

What You Need:
Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Surgical Technology Certification (online certification not accepted)
• BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar medical setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good judgment and ability to work independently

Preferred:

• Prior experience with endoscope disinfection and sterilization
• Ability to adapt positively to change
