$50kTennessee Caregiver Coalition
Job Summary
The Group Respite Volunteer Coordinator will manage all aspects of the Tennessee Caregiver Coalition’s Group Respite Volunteer Program, which provides planned, high-quality respite events for children with disabilities and their siblings, as well as for older adults. This role will oversee program design, event planning and logistics, volunteer recruitment and training, and coordination with facility partners. The position requires reliable transportation for travel to visit volunteers, caregivers, and partner sites.
This position includes a six-month probationary assessment period, with a performance review at 90 days and a final review at the six-month mark to assess progress, long-term fit, and success in the role. Continuation in the role is contingent upon meeting established performance standards.
