Maintenance Lead

Year-Round Position (260 Contract Days) Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license with a good driving record (CDL a plus), ability to pass a BCI and FBI background check, and ability to be on call for after-hours support, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferences: Post-secondary training in skilled trades (preference given to those with electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems training). Skill and experience in building systems (e.g., HVAC, fire suppression, security, plumbing, electrical). Multi-school or related building maintenance experience. Must be willing to work as a team and train other team members. Possess strong organizational skills. Able to lead department in daily maintenance tasks. Able to work at heights up to 8 feet (step ladder). Experience operating various equipment, including, but not limited to, forklift, tractor, backhoe, scissor lift. Willingness to learn new systems and technologies and remain current on new and upcoming trends in facilities maintenance. Responsibilities: See attached job description.
