Location: Lincoln/Gaston Counties, NC/ Rock Hill, SC Job Description Develop and implement sales strategies Identify and target potential referral sources Build and maintain relationships with referral sources Effectively manager and prioritize a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and progression to drive patient census growth Provide education to referral sources on the company's services Collaborate closely with internal team to align sales strategies and deliver best experience to our existing and prospective clients Collaborate with clinical team to ensure quality patient care Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the senior healthcare market adjusting sales strategies and identifying new growth opportunities Meet or exceed sales goals Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system Provide regular updates to leadership on sales activities, client leads, market insights to support informed decision-making and strategic planning Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals; ideally field sales with a focus on senior care, Medicare, Medicare Advantage In-depth knowledge of senior healthcare market dynamics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders, case managers Strong consultative selling skills, with a demonstrated ability to understand client needs, generate leads and build business relationships Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth Ability to work independently and as part of a team; fast-paced and team-oriented environment Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation This is a field sales position, not work from home, and may require evening or weekend hours Benefits Full Time Employment (40 hours/week) Base Salary + Commission Medical Dental Vision Life (EE/SP/CH) 401(k) with employer match PTO and Paid Holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr PHC Home Health
