Job Overview Southern Roofing and Renovations in Nashville, TN seeks a full-time Outside Sales Manager to lead field reps, coach them, and build profitable connections to meet company goals and revenue targets. Compensation & Benefits Base pay and commission with earning potential of $100,000+ per year, monthly vehicle reimbursement, and benefits including: Health, dental, and vision insurance HSA/FSA PTO Employee assistance program Growth opportunities Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm; occasional Saturday work, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. Responsibilities & Priorities Work in the office and field to forge new connections, drive revenue growth, and support business development Lead and coach a sales team on strategies and techniques for closing deals Set quotas aligned with company goals and motivate reps to meet targets Maintain a high-performing, high-achieving culture Track performance metrics and generate reports using analytics tools Create partnerships and strengthen connections with construction- and renovation-related businesses, suppliers, and industry professionals Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales 2+ years of experience in a leadership/management role Experience with B2C/D2D selling Ability to work in an office and in the field with the team About Southern Roofing and Renovations Since 2011, Southern Roofing and Renovations has served homeowners in Nashville with residential remodeling, renovation, and repair services, building a strong reputation for timely and quality work.
