Wallingford, CT

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour + Commission after successful evaluation period

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday: 5:00 PM - Finish
Sunday: 1:00 PM - Finish
Off Fridays & Saturdays

Looking for a fast-paced position where your hard work is rewarded? Thurston Foods is seeking motivated 2nd Shift Order Selectors to join their warehouse team! This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy staying active, working in a team environment, and earning additional income through a commission program after the evaluation period.

What You'll Do:

Accurately select customer orders using warehouse equipment and technology
Build pallets while maintaining product quality and accuracy
Prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment
Follow all warehouse safety procedures
Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals

What We're Looking For:

Previous warehouse or order selecting experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a physically active environment
Team player with attention to detail
