The resort features more than 88,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, multiple dining outlets and a full-service spa, making it a premier destination for leisure travelers, groups and special events.What you will have an opportunity to do:Rooms Division / OperationsReports To: Front Office ManagerThe Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in the daily operation of the Front Office. This position provides hands-on leadership to Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Services, and PBX team members while ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.Essential FunctionsDaily Operations· Supervise Front Office operations during assigned shifts.· Ensure efficient check-in, check-out, and guest service processes.· Monitor room inventory, arrivals, departures, and special requests.· Ensure adherence to departmental policies and Hilton standards.Team Supervision· Provide daily coaching and direction to Front Office team members.· Assist with training and onboarding initiatives.· Support scheduling and staffing requirements.· Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational priorities.Guest Service· Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.· Support service recovery efforts and guest satisfaction initiatives.· Maintain visibility in the lobby and public areas.· Ensure guest preferences and requests are fulfilled.Systems & Compliance· Utilize Hilton systems including OnQ, Hilton Honors, GRO, and Medallia.· Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.· Support audit, cash handling, and compliance requirements.Administrative Duties· Assist with payroll review, scheduling, and operational reporting.· Monitor departmental productivity and service metrics.· Support special projects and departmental initiatives.What are we looking for?· 2-4 years of Front Office supervisory experience.· Hilton experience preferred.· Strong guest service and leadership skills.· Working knowledge of hotel PMS systems and Microsoft Office.· Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidaysSuccess Measures· Shift performance and service standards.· Guest satisfaction scores.· Team member development.· Operational accuracy and efficiency.· Hilton Honors enrollment goals.This position plays a critical role in creating memorable guest experiences while ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of all Front Office functions within the resort while upholding Hilton's service culture and brand standards.Compensation:$0.00 - $0.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
