We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey!ResponsibilitiesReview and assess child endangerment incidents and escalations identified by internal teams and law enforcement to ensure the timely detection and removal of harmful content from our platform in compliance with regulations.Apply research and knowledge of child safety compliance efforts and crisis management to investigate, report, and reduce psychological and physical risks, threats, predatory behaviors, and user safety issues.Communicate with Legal, Policy, Product & Process teams and key external partners, including government agencies and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices in combatting Child Sexual Abuse Materia (CSAM).Conduct root cause analyses of potential content violations and priority escalations to measure the effectiveness of compliance programs.Develop key reports documenting findings and advise stakeholders on how to prevent the dissemination and consumption of abusive and exploitative material on the platform.Stay current on relevant laws and regulations and recommend and implement improvements to our safety policies and processes.QualificationsMust have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Public Policy, Psychology, Sociology, Law, Risk Management, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:Content moderation;Managing projects related to identifying safety risks on digital platforms including: gender-based violence, hate speech, bullying, online safety, or elections;Investigating and analyzing internet content safety, online abuse, risk management, trust & safety, or emergency response operations;Reviewing sensitive content and implementing removal workflow calibrations;Working with social media, analytical tools, and online research to assess risks and threats; andDeveloping, maintaining, and improving security, safety, or privacy compliance policies and procedures.Employer: TT Commerce & Global Services LLCType: Full time, 40 hours/weekLocation: Austin, TXSalary Range: $77760 - $122400 per yearTo Apply, click the apply button below.
