Marketing Specialist

Overview Position: Marketing Specialist Location: On-site 1714 Fifield Rd, Pella, IA Company: Ring-O-Matic, LLC Location is on-site; travel may be required for trade shows, events, or other marketing activities. Responsibilities Campaign Coordination: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.). Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, and digital content. Content Creation: Support the creation and editing of marketing content including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and press releases. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials. Digital Marketing: Help manage the organization\'s digital presence, including website updates, social media accounts, and online advertising campaigns. Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media engagement metrics to optimize performance. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional materials for events. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media analytics platforms. Prepare regular reports on key metrics and insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent experience. 3–5 years experience in marketing, sales support, or similar roles. Graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, is preferred. Experience with data analysis and proficiency in marketing analytics tools is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for different platforms and audiences. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively. Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and take ownership of projects.
