Client Service Specialist - Hybrid (Franklin, TN)

Overview This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional client experience and building strong relationships. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic learner committed to contributing to the overall success of our Wealth Management team. Responsibilities Guide new clients through onboarding, explaining account set‑up, services and procedures; collect documentation; ensure regulatory compliance; coordinate with internal teams for smooth transition. Schedule and coordinate client review meetings; serve as primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses under supervision. Assist custodians, brokerage firms and internal teams to process client transactions; prepare and review paperwork for account opening, transfers, withdrawals and beneficiary updates. Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding items. Collaborate with the service team to ensure compliance, accurate reporting and maintain client data in the CRM; update profiles, contact information and preferences. Handle calls, emails and inquiries from clients and internal team members. Assist with office organization, filing and other administrative tasks; attend team meetings; contribute insights; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment. Continual learner mentality; ability to adopt new solutions and respond to new systems. Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive client information. Regular and predictable attendance required. Experience in wealth‑management service business (2+ years preferred). Familiarity with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Raymond James, Orion, Salesforce or other financial technology (preferred). Experience using AI tools (preferred). Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field (preferred), or relevant work experience. Compensation & Benefits Your base pay is dependent on your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience and location.
