FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst) Location: Manhattan, NY Responsibilities Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support the company's goals and objectives Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision‑making purposes Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting activities to ensure accurate financial projections Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather financial data and provide analysis on key business initiatives Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, such as GAAP and IFRS Oversee cost accounting activities to optimize operational efficiency and cost‑effectiveness Lead financial sales initiatives by providing support in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and profitability analysis Manage the interpretation of financial reports to drive actionable insights for business improvement Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning and analysis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles Strong knowledge of financial acumen, including profit loss analysis, cost accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts Proficient in financial report writing and interpretation Familiarity with both GAAP and IFRS accounting standards Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non‑financial stakeholders Proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams Skills Skills : Kronos, ADP, Workaday, Oracle If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
