Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician * Deliver world class installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems * Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and service * Identify and recommend system upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and accessories to customers * Assist in implementing operational processes and best practices * Lead by example and help train future team members What We're Looking For Must-Haves: * 3+ years residential HVAC experience (service & install) * HVAC accreditation & EPA Certification * Valid driver's license with clean driving record * Ability to lift 60+ lbs. and work in varying conditions * Professional appearance and strong communication and customer-facing skills * A positive attitude, customer-first mindset, and a strong sense of pride in high-quality work. Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $24.00 to $38.00 , depending on your experience and knowledge. In addition, candidates are eligible for over $20K-$30K annual bonus potential for meeting performance goals (e.g., service quality, sales, customer satisfaction)
