Pediatric COTA – Kansas City, MO Salary: $26–$36 per hour. A bit about us We are a growing outpatient rehabilitation practice located in Kansas City, MO, looking for a COTA to join our team. Primarily pediatric with some adult patients. The role is in a small independently‑owned outpatient rehab. Scope of Practice We see patients in an outpatient setting across all ages, focusing on: Sports medicine Tendonitis Fractures Sprains/strains Knee pain Neurology Ataxia Balance training Benefits Full benefits offered – 50% paid by clinic 401(k) with match Paid charting time Flexible schedule Continuing education credits Paid time off License reimbursement Career advancement No weekends or holidays Job Details We offer flexible scheduling ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week or as few as 3 days. In this role, the COTA will: Meet and assess patients’ goals and medical results to plan treatment, including securing equipment, adaptive devices, prescriptions, and other ongoing needs. Pediatric patients are the majority, but adults are also treated. Qualified Candidates We are looking for a dedicated and proactive COTA with experience working with pediatric patients and the ability to adapt to a small‑team, independent setting.
