Account Operations Specialist II (Manheim)

Account Operations Specialist II Company: Cox Automotive – USA Compensation Hourly base pay $24.09 - $36.11. Additional compensation may include commission and incentive programs. Job Responsibilities Serve as primary point of contact for resolving client issues across accounts ranging from simple to complex. Provide exceptional customer service addressing vehicle condition inquiries and discrepancies. Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and reconditioning services, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams. Conduct condition report and imaging audits to reduce policy loss and goodwill expenses. Ensure compliance with Cox standards on reconditioning services, safety, and security compliance policies. Maintain direct communication with auction departments to move and organize client inventory and complete reconditioning on time. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 3 years of experience in a related field, or 5 years with a college degree or relevant certification. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Preferred Qualifications Self‑starter with ability to work independently. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient knowledge of condition report data and vehicle inspection processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions. Drug Testing Pre‑employment drug testing is required.
