Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center | Butler, PA
Are you a passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking for a full-time opportunity where you can make a meaningful difference every day?
Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Butler, PA is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Full-Time COTA to join our in-house rehabilitation team!

You'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team in a supportive Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) environment.
What You'll DoAs a COTA, you will:
Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living, mobility, strength, coordination, and functional skills
Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident's goals
Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Complete accurate and timely documentation using Net Health
Build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their progress and quality of life
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current or eligible Pennsylvania COTA license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but not required
