APP Support: Additional 12-hour APP coverage daily (10:00 AM 10:00 PM)

ED Volume: Approximately 13,000 annual visits

EMR: T-System

Experience Required: Minimum of 7 years of Emergency Medicine experience

About the Opportunity

Delphi Healthcare is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the team at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg, New York.

This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative emergency department environment with strong APP support and clinical autonomy . Providers will manage a broad range of emergency cases and procedures while delivering high-quality care to the local community.

Located along the St. Lawrence River in Northern New York , Ogdensburg offers a welcoming community, scenic waterfront views, and access to outdoor recreation while remaining within driving distance of larger metropolitan areas.

Position Highlights

W2 employment opportunity

12-hour APP shifts: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Additional APP support: 10:00 AM 10:00 PM daily

Emergency Department volume: Approximately 13,000 visits annually

EMR system: T-System

Clinical responsibilities include: managing acute emergencies, running codes, intubations, line placements, trauma care, and other emergency procedures.

Minimum requirement: 7 years of Emergency Medicine experience
