Embedded Software Developer
In the context of a mission at one of our industrial clients in the Grenoble area, we are looking for an experienced embedded software developer to work on a hard real-time embedded system. Developments are performed in C++ on a PowerPC architecture, under a Linux RT operating system.
MAIN TASKS
- Development of low-level drivers: serial link, FRAM memory, embedded hardware interfaces
- Real-time data processing and acquisition in a context with strict constraints
- Software integration on PowerPC board under Linux RT
- Analysis of system performance and optimization of latencies
- Participation in validation and testing phases in a real embedded environment
- Writing of associated technical documentation
PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are a confirmed embedded software engineer with a Bac +5 or engineering school degree, with a minimum of 5 years of similar experience in an industrial context, accustomed to working in a constrained environment, and you master:
- C++ in an embedded context (memory management, performance, hardware constraints)
- Fundamental concepts of hard real-time: deterministic scheduling, priorities, ISR, IPC,
- Development of low-level drivers and interfaces in an industrial environment
- Documentary rigor and work methods adapted to critical systems
- Mastery of QNX is a highly appreciated skill.
