The Role is Located in Portland, Oregon.

(Why You Want to Work Here): We are looking for an experienced Mercedes-Benz and/or BMW technician (dealership training preferred) to join our 5-technician crew.

Here is the best part: We perform 100% customer-pay jobs. Because we do not submit warranty claims to the manufacturer, you are only keeping track of your flagged hours. Beyond complex diagnostic repairs, this role offers a highly profitable, steady mix of maintenance, common failure fixes, and fast-moving repairs to keep your flagged hours high.

The Tools & Technology: We provide a seamless transition for a dealership-level technician to continue working on late-model vehicles. Our 12-lift shop is equipped with:

• Authorized Xentry (Leased directly from MB): Includes our own portal with all the standard procedures (WIS, ASRA, etc.), regularly updated for the latest software and coding capabilities.
• Authorized ISTA (BMW): Fully updated with dealer-level capabilities.
• CDK (ADP) System: Familiar technician screens just like the dealership.
• State-of-the-Art Equipment: A newly updated Hunter Wireless Alignment Rack and a multitude of special application tools purchased directly from the dealers.
• Software: MPI (Multi-Point Estimate Software), Mitchell, and LMV.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician specializing in Mercedes-Benz and/or BMW vehicles.
• Previous dealership training and experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to flag 80-100 hours per 2-week pay period.
• A professional who takes pride in doing the job right the first time using OE parts.
