No OT.FloatingNeed to be able to cover all adult areas of the hospital. If no women's health experience, the traveler will not cover this.Floor specific orientation4 days webinar on charting. 2 days preceptor as well. Additional NotesMust be a fast learner, adaptable, flexible and be able to hit floor running. Excellent attendance is expected. Must take lunches and breaks.Located in a very underserved area of Sacramento and our staff work through heavily socially-impacted discharges such as R&B (room and board / board and care), B&C placements, conservatorship, under- or uninsured, etc - so a strong acute hospital discharge planning background is preferred. Looking for someone who has familiarity working with placement agencies, familiar with Medicare/Medi-Cal guidelines as it pertains to SNF and lower level placement, familiar with strategies to discharge individuals who are not heavily resourced, etc. Cancellation can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting BSN License to Trauma Level: Care Shift Days, EOW, First to Float Required Certification Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Contract Weeks:56
