Share your resume with us today!Primary Responsibilities:Coordinates with the Engineering Team to ensure designs are producible, manufacturable, and aligned with manufacturing facility capabilities and constraintsResolves technical issues arising during assembly, integration, or test in a timely mannerEvaluates how engineering changes affect manufacturing schedules, tooling, processes, and costsTroubleshoots floor build issues, recommends rework solutions, and escalates critical problemsConducts non-conformance investigationsPrepares/co-authors engineering documentation (MRB dispositions, rework instructions, redline drawings)Interfaces with engineering, QA, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure alignmentIdentifies and drives continuous improvements in Design for Manufacturability (DFM), production yield, and operational throughputBasic Qualifications:A BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution4+ years of relevant experience (or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree) or a MS in Electrical Engineering and 2+ years of relevant experienceProvide rapid integration and troubleshooting support for system-level integrationMust have hands-on laboratory experience with instrumentation, test equipment, and test methods including the use of Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter, etc.Knowledge of test procedure developmentExperience processing post test dataProven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with test, quality, and manufacturing engineering teamsPreferred Qualifications:Active DoD Secret clearanceExperience with manufacturing and production of avionics componentsKnowledge of test development to support troubleshooting hardware failuresKnowledge of National Instruments SoftwareExperience in a MIL-STD-810 Test EnvironmentExperience supporting DoD programs related to missile systems, reentry vehicles, or hypersonic technologiesPrior work in assembly, integration, or testing of missile systems.Experience supporting rapid development, prototyping, or fast-paced engineering programs.AppKineticIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
