PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Take the lead in the patient care experience by prepping and maintaining our Operating Rooms for surgical procedures Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and partners, from our scheduling team to surgeons Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, problem-solving environment while maintaining vigilance of instruments and supplies used during surgical procedures Perform scrub role while supporting patient safety a sterile environment Support of post-operative tasks, including removal of contaminated instruments, decontamination, sterilization and turnover of the Operating Room

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Completion of a Surgical Technologist program AND one year of experience assisting clinical staff in a variety of operative procedures in an operating room environment OR equivalent education/experience.

Along with competitive pay and benefits, we offer the following shift differentials for our Surgical Technologist staff: Evening Shift: $1.75/hour Night Shift: $5.00/hour Weekends: $4.00/hour
